  1. The Strongsville Police Department cracked down on recent Royalton Road panhandling. A Strongsville officer was dispatched to the area after a man was soliciting money from women while he was riding a bike. The man agreed to stop panhandling after the officer spoke with him about the complaint. (cleveland.com)

According to data provided by Mortgage Bankers Association, refinancing applications are down 68 percent compared to last year.
