Early Voting Opens In Strongsville For November General Election

STRONGSVILLE, OH — Early voting for the Nov. 2 general election opened Tuesday across Cuyahoga County. Strongsville residents can now make their decisions on a variety of pressing municipal issues.

Residents can apply to receive a vote-by-mail ballot by visiting 443vote.us or by calling the Cuyahoga County Board of Election at 216-443-8683, or by visiting any public library. The deadline to request an absentee ballot is Oct. 30. Absentee ballots must be postmarked by Nov. 1.

  • Oct. 5 - Oct. 8 — 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
  • Oct. 12 - Oct. 22 — 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
  • Oct. 25 - Oct. 29 — 8 a.m. to 7 p.m.
  • Oct. 30 — 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
  • Oct. 31 — 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.
  • Nov. 1 — 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.

  • Issue 61 — Will the city shift the classification of a set of properties from single family to public facilities.
  • Issue 62 — Will the city shift the classification of a set of properties in Ward 4?
  • Issue 68 — A proposed school tax levy, at a rate not exceeding 6 mills for each one dollar of valuation, which amounts to 60 cents for each one hundred dollars of valuation.
