This is the 6th Annual "Smile With Me! 5K Run & 1Mile Family Walk". This event was started by the Hannah Wernke Memorial Foundation to raise funds supporting Genetic Heart Research and awareness for CPVT, Genetic testing for families unable to otherwise obtain it and for community scholarships.
The Hannah Wernke Memorial Foundation was created in memory of Hannah who passed away suddenly at age 8 on May 15, 2005. Hannah was a student at Kinsner elementary in Strongsville.
