The Baldwin-Wallace College Conservatory of Music Outreach Department presents the B-W Men's Chorus in concert, conducted by Frank Bianchi on Sunday, May 1, at 4 pm at the Breen Center for the Performing Arts, St. Ignatius High School, 2008 West 30th St., Cleveland. Tickets are $7 donation.
Offering a lighter program with both pops and classical music, the concert will include selections such as "Send in the Clowns," "New York, New York," a "Jersey Boys Medley," along with others. The concert also will include some of the greatest "classical" hits of the B-W Men's Chorus 2010-2011 season.
The B-W Men's Chorus boasts over 60 members including B-W students, faculty, staff and community members. The group will be accompanied by B-W student Tom Bonezzi.
Bianchi is an adjunct professor of music at the Baldwin-Wallace College Conservatory of Music and the founder and director of the Baldwin-Wallace Men’s Chorus. Bianchi is in his sixth season as director of the Cleveland Orchestra Youth Chorus. This also is his second year serving as Assistant Director to Robert Porco and the Cleveland Orchestra Choruses.
