- The Cuyahoga County Council is considering a proposal to renovate Global Center. The renovations will reportedly cost $46 million to turn the center into a meeting hub. According to the proposal, the county is lacking in flexible meeting rooms and this plan would remedy that. (Cleveland.com)
- The National Rib Cook-Off will be on Memorial Day Weekend at the Cuyahoga County Fairgrounds. The event will be free on May 27 before 5:00 p.m. with tickets selling for $10 after that. There will be ten teams competing for Best Ribs, Best Sauce, and the coveted People's Choice Award. (News 5 Cleveland)
