Geppetto's and Johnny Malloy's Seek to Build Patio

Geppetto's and Johnny Malloy's, 15323 Pearl Rd., have submitted plans for a 700-square-foot patio for outdoor dining.

The plans will go before the Strongsville Planning Commission Thursday, Feb. 24.

Carol Oprea, Building Department secretary, said the commission is expected to refer the plans to the Architectural Review Board.

Oprea said the businesses received approval for a patio about three years ago, but never went forward with the plan. She said the businesses have since changed hands.

The city's plan approval expired after a year.

The patio would be located outside the front doors of the adjacent businesses, jutting out from the sidewalk into the parking lot.
