Strongsville Schools Calendar: 13 Must-Know Dates for Winter 2016-17

STRONGSVILLE, OH - Students are back in school for just a few more weeks until the extended winter holidays. And parents better pull out the calendar now and start making plans.

Strongsville Schools will get about a week and a half off. Winter vacation will start on Dec. 22 and ends Jan. 2. Students return to class Jan. 3.

Here are the important upcoming winter dates for Strongsville Public Schools:

• Winter Break: Dec. 22 - Jan. 2
• First Day Back from Break: Jan. 3

The high school will put on a series of concerts in the week leading up to break. The first concert is the Strongsville High School Holiday Choir concert on Dec. 12 at 7 p.m. The second is the Strongsville High School Holiday Orchestra Concert on Dec. 13 at 7 p.m. The third and final concert is the Holiday Band Concert on Dec. 14 at 7 p.m.

The Strongsville Middle School is hosting its first annual art show on Dec. 14 at 6 p.m.
