Saturdays, January 17 and 24 from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at Hospice of the Western Reserve, 14601 Detroit Ave., Suite 100, Lakewood, OH 44107. Anyone 13 years of age or older welcome to attend. Most volunteers working with patients must attend both full sessions. Teens and volunteers in non-patient areas need only attend the first four hours of the first session. RSVP required. Call 8
