'Insanity' Workout Creator Coming to Southwest General

The creator of the popular "Insanity" workout will teach a master class at LifeWorks of Southwest General Oct. 15.

Insanity creator Shaun T. will lead the class from 9-11:30 a.m.

Cost is $35.

There will be a meet-and-greet with photo ops after the class.
