
Witnesses called police to a fight outside mall about 6 p.m. Saturday after one man pulled a gun on another driver.
The man with the gun, 45, of Brunswick, was arrested while still at the mall. He faces an assault charge.
Police said the man did not fire the gun, but hit the victim in the head with it.

Detective Lt. John Janowski said the dispute started when the suspect, driving a pickup truck, overshot a parking space and tried to back up.
The victim, 30, driving behind the truck, refused to back up far enough and instead beeped his horn.

The suspect then got out of his truck, pulled out a gun and hit the victim in the head with it.
Witnesses ran into to ask employees to call 911, a report said.
The suspect got back in the truck and left, but police located the vehicle near , Janowski said. He was still inside the truck and was arrested.
He has not yet been charged, but could face a felony.
The victim went to the police station to be interviewed, but complained his head hurt and went to Southwest General Health Center for treatment.
