New Subdivision Proposed off Westwood

A local builder is proposing to develop a new subdivision on the north side of Westwood Drive opposite Hollo Oval.

The Edgebook Subdivision would include 74 free-standing cluster homes, Planning Department secretary Carol Oprea said.

Preliminary plans are expected to go before the Strongsville Planning Commission Thursday night.

Builder would be Dan Baley, who Oprea said has built homes in Strongsville in the past.

The street to access the new development would line up with Hollo Oval.
