Police Blotter: Stolen Sink, Jammin' to Jacko
The following information was provided by the Strongsville Police Department.

A man in the 19200 block of Howe Road called around noon on March 12 to say someone rang his doorbell, and when the man didn't answer, the guest began stealing some scrap metal from the man's yard, including three or four 50-pound hooks, an old kerosene heater and a stainless steel double sink.
Brunswick Police were notified, and they found a man who turned in a bunch of metal cans and window frames.

Police charged a man with operating a vehicle while intoxicated, lane violations, disobedience of a traffic control device and safety belt, and BAC refusal after he was stopped near Lenox Drive and Howe Road around 2:30 a.m. March 15. He was also charged with a misdemeanor of marijuana possession. He is scheduled to appear in Mayor’s Court on March 21.

A woman in the 18900 block of Glen Cairn Way called police around 11:30 a.m. March 15 to say her husband was choking her, and at 11:43 a.m. she became incoherent and suffered a possible seizure, according to police records. She was transported to , and the male was apprehended by police.
"Smooth Criminal"
An anonymous caller on Coopers Run reported a man was driving very slowly up and down Coopers Run, Fox Grove and Weston Pointe around 5:25 p.m. March 15 waving his hands through the sunroof of his red Neon, blaring Michael Jackson music. The caller said this is an ongoing problem.
Police were unable to locate the vehicle.
Dirt Bike Bandit
A kid was spotted riding his dirt bike up and down Baywood Lane and near around 5:30 p.m. March 13. Officers spotted him back in the woods, but when they tried to talk with the rider, he fled, living to ride another day.
