Police Blotter: Man Agrees to Tone Down His Stomping and Yelling
The following information was provided by the Strongsville police department

A resident as a Pearl Road apartment complained about 3:30 a.m. Nov. 4 that there was yelling and stomping coming from the apartment upstairs.
The caller wasn't sure if the yelling was coming from a TV, but said it had been going on for the last week.
Police spoke with the upstairs neighbor, who said he had "been doing this for years." But he said if someone is complaining, he will stop.

Contractor Problems
Two residents called police Nov. 4 because contractors were threatening them.

On Fallingwater Road, a woman said the company that put in her driveway apron was threatening to take it out because they had not yet been paid.
And on Greenwood Drive, a resident received harassing texts from a contractor after stopping payment on a check. The resident said the company did not finish the work.
No One's Home
A Drake Road woman was startled when she came home about 4 p.m. Nov. 4 and found two vehicles parked in her driveway.
Police determined they were doing road wor on the street and had parked their cars while they worked.
iPad Found
A man turned in an iPad his son found at the corner of Squirrel Hollow and Stag Thicket about 3 p.m. Nov. 4.
Burglary
A South Salem Row resident found a window broken Nov. 6. There were also pry marks around it, a report said.
It was not know when the break-in occurred, but nothing appeared to be missing from the house.
