Police Looking For North Royalton YMCA Locker Prowler
A Middleburg Heights man is accused of rifling through lockers at several local gyms. Now police want help finding him.
NORTH ROYALTON, OH — Lockers at the North Royalton YMCA have been rifled through in recent weeks. Police now think they have identified the man responsible and are asking the public for help finding the suspect.
Jeffrey Ruiz, from Middleburg Heights, has allegedly been going to recreation centers and gyms and going through lockers. One of his most recent targets was the North Royalton YMCA, where he was spotted on a surveillance camera.
The search has expanded to include a few southwest Cuyahoga County suburbs, with Strongsville Police Department sharing Ruiz's photo. Anyone with information on Ruiz's whereabouts is asked to contact North Royalton Police at 440-237-8686.
