Here are the top three stories in Strongsville today:

1. U.S. Marshals are offering a reward for information about a man with outstanding Strongsville Police Department warrants. Anyone with information about James Paul Mathieson's whereabouts is directed to contact the Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force immediately. He is wanted for felony fleeing and eluding. 3. The Cuyahoga County Jail is experiencing a significant increase in COVID-19 infection cases. 17 cases were reported last week with 250 inmates in quarantine. It is currently unclear how the jail is isolating the infected inmates since the jail is almost at full capacity — the highest capacity level since the pandemic began. (WKSU)
