A caller tipped police off to a man walking north on Pearl Road about 1:30 a.m. Dec. 4 and yelling at the top of his lungs. Police stopped the man near Charter One to find out the problem. There wasn't one, a  report said -- the man was wearing headphones and singing and didn't realize he was being loud. He had been waiting for friends and was picked up, the report said.
