
Kids 6-12 can riding basics, general horse care, grooming, saddling, bridling, safety issues and stable care at Pony Camp this summer.
The camp is offered by the and held at Pony Tales Farm, 13360 Cowley Rd., Columbia Station.
Students will receive individual attention. Each student should wear long, loose-fitting pants and flat shoes (tennis shoes are okay). Bring a bike or riding helmet to each class. Parents are responsible for transportation to and from Pony Tales farm. Weight limit of 125 pounds.

Fee is $77 for members, $81 for non-member residents and $85 for non-member non-residents.

Adults Can Ride, Too
If you have never ridden or it’s been a long time since you have, here's a chance to get back in the saddle.
The Adult Horseback Riding program offered by the city's Recreation Department features a condensed overview of the basics of riding with some education of the horses and equipment at Pony Tails Farm.
The program is open to ages 13 and older. Fees are $82 for rec center members, $85 for resident non-members and $88 for non-resident non-members.
