Strongsville Election Guide

Looking ahead to the November election, Strongsville Patch is committed to bringing you all the information you'll need.

Some races and issues we'll be keeping tabs on:

President Obama: He's been here before, so who knows? He might stop by again. If so, we'll be there.

State Sen. Tom Patton: Republican Patton was unopposed in the 24th District primary, from former State Rep. Jennifer Brady.

State Rep. Mike Dovilla: Republican Dovilla was also unopposed in the primary, but , who Dovilla unseated in 2010, in the newly renamed 7th District (formerly the 18th District).

Bond Issue for Schools: The Strongsville to build a new middle school, make major renovations at and smaller repairs at the elementary schools.

Other Local Issues: A few smaller issues, like and a rezoning issue, will be on the ballot.
