Strongsville Golf Property Up for Sale

Owners seek rezoning on behalf of buyer

The owners of the property on Pearl Road are seeking to rezone the land on behalf of a potential buyer.

City Council on Monday will introduce legislation to rezone the property, now split between R-1 residential and restaurant-recreational zoning, to general business.

The change from residential would have to be approved by voters to take effect.
