Strongsville is Split on the New Casino

Lots of Strongsville people are happy about the new Horseshoe Casino opening, .

About 53 percent of Strongsville Patch readers who voted in our poll last week said they intend to gamble at the new downtown casino. About 25 percent said they'd be down there as often as possible.

Another 31 percent said gambling really isn't their thing, and 14 percent don't support gambling and aren't happy the casino was built.

Thousands are expected to wait in line for a two or three hours tonight to get in when the doors open at 9:30 p.m.
