Strongsville State Of Schools Presentation Set For March 4

Superintendent Cameron Ryba will outline the district's current strategic vision, answer questions and then gather resident input.

STRONGSVILLE, OH — The Strongsville State of the Schools presentation will be held March 4 at the Strongsville Middle School. The session will be led by Superintendent Cameron Ryba, who will lead a question-and-answer discussion before small groups breakout to talk about the next strategic plan.

The State of the Schools will start at 6:30 p.m. in the Middle School auditorium. The event is free and open to the public.

Last week, Strongsville residents should have received a letter from the school district outlining the upcoming presentation. This year's format differs from previous State of the Schools presentations.

"During the first 45 minutes of the evening, I will provide our community with an update on the work we have been doing as a school district and where we will be placing our focus for the rest of the school year. I will also answer any questions you may have at this time," Ryba said in the letter. "During the final 45 minutes of the evening, we will be asking you to provide your input and insight on our focus for the future in smaller groups. This work will be the kick-off to the development of our next strategic plan. We hope that you can attend both sessions, but it is not required."

Residents planning to attend the State of the Schools should RSVP to Dan Foust at dfoust@scsmustangs.org.
