Strongsville's Distinguished Alumni: Teacher, Prominent Musician
This year's crop of Strongsville High Distinguished Alumni will be familiar to residents for different reasons.

STRONGSVILLE, OH — The 2019 Strongsville High Distinguished Alumni have been selected. Jane Swiger and Paul Sidoti will be honored at the April Strongsville Chamber of Commerce Luncheon.
Jane Swiger, class of 1970, is a retired Strongsville Schools teacher. She has been part of the school district for more than four decades. She currently works as a classroom aide at Strongsville Middle School. Throughout her career, she has been a positive influence on students and the whole community, the district said.
Paul Sidoti, class of 1989, is a touring musician that has served as a guitarist and vocalist for Taylor Swift. He has performed around the world and on numerous television and award shows.

The Chamber of Commerce luncheon will held April 16 from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Ehrnfelt Recreation Center. Tickets for the event can be purchased through the Chamber by phone, 440-238-3366, or through the Chamber's website.
Tickets are $20 per person and must be purchased before noon on Friday, April 12.
