Toboggan Chutes Set To Open At Mill Stream Run Reservation
Twin, 70-foot drops will welcome adventurers at the Chalet's toboggans on Black Friday.

STRONGSVILLE, OH — The toboggans in Mill Stream Run Reservation will open on Black Friday. The twin, 70-foot drops will delight adventurers throughout the winter.
The toboggans will open at noon on November 23 and will close at 10:30 p.m. Riders can expect to hit speeds of nearly 50 mph on their ride. The toboggans operate with or without snow and are open to anyone 42 inches or taller. Gloves must also be worn while on the toboggans.
There's more than just tobogganing at the Chalet. Between runs, guests can warm up by one of the fireplaces and enjoy a hot chocolate from the snack bar. The Chalet also has loft views of the chutes.

The tobogganing chutes will be open from November 23 through early March. Here are the hours:
- Fridays: 6 p.m. – 10:30 p.m.
- Saturdays: 12 p.m. – 10:30 p.m.
- Sundays: 12 p.m. – 5 p.m.
Throughout the winter season, the chutes will run different special events and discounts, like school and college ID nights. Season passes are also available for families and individuals. For more information on holiday hours, admission and season passes, visit clevelandmetroparks.com/tchutes.

If temperatures are above 50 degrees, the chutes may not be running. Guests can call the Chalet at 440-572-9990 for operation updates.
The Toboggan Chutes are located in Cleveland Metroparks Chalet Recreation Area, 16200 Valley Parkway, in Mill Stream Run Reservation, between routes 42 and 82 in Strongsville.
