One lane for northbound traffic on Pearl Road has been open this weekend as crews .
Cleveland Division of Water workers were expected to wrap up their part of the project Saturday or Sunday.
But paving won't start until early in the week, and a Cleveland Water employee said Pearl Road isn't expected to fully reopen until Friday, May 4.
