🌱 15-Year-Old Shot To Death Near Stickney Avenue + Fatal Border Chase

  • Swanton wrestling coach Aaron Brown may be facing criminal charges after reportedly physically assaulting a 15-year-old student at a wrestling tournament at Archbold High School Saturday.
  • A woman has died after traveling as a passenger in a vehicle that led Toledo Police on a high-speed chase before fleeing to the state of Michigan around 9:53 PM Friday.

  1. Toledo Police found a missing 15-year-old girl shot to death in an alley in the 1300 block of Page Street near Stickney Avenue. Her death has been deemed a homicide and anyone with information is encouraged to call Crime Stoppers. (WTOL)
  2. The Toledo Post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol is investigating a fatal crash on U.S. Route 24 involving a semitruck. The driver drove off the road into a ditch around 10:55 AM Saturday and was transported to McLaren St. Luke's Hospital in Maumee where he succumbed to his injuries. (WNWO)
  3. Toledo Police transported a stabbing victim from the 1300 block of Palmwood Ave. to the hospital Monday around 7 PM. The victim is in critical condition and no arrests have been made. (WTVG)
  4. Swanton wrestling coach Aaron Brown may be facing criminal charges after reportedly assaulting a 15-year-old athlete at a wrestling tournament at Archbold High School Saturday. Swanton Local Schools removed Brown on Monday after conducting an investigation. (WTOL)
  5. A woman has died after traveling as a passenger in a vehicle that led Toledo Police on a high-speed chase before fleeing to the state of Michigan around 9:53 PM Friday. Washington Township Police then responded to the vehicle, which had active felony warrants, before the suspect crashed in the Village of Dundee. (WDIV ClickOnDetroit)

  • Toledo Police responded to a shooting near the Hidden Village apartments near Eldora and Breezeway around 3:30 PM Monday. One victim was transported to the hospital and anyone with information is encouraged to call Crime Stoppers. (WTVG)
