🌱 2 Teens Arrested In Ongoing Murder Case + Toledo Court Backlog

- Two teenagers, 17 and 14, were charged with two counts of complicity to commit murder and two counts of complicity to commit kidnapping for the killings of Ke'Marion Wilder and Kyshawn Pittman.
- Toledo Mayor Wade Kapszukiewicz says the local court system needs to address the backlog of cases after jury trials were suspended during the height of the COVID pandemic.
- ProMedica CPR Instructor Ann Mangas shared tips in light of the medical emergency involving NFL player Damar Hamlin, including that CPR should start immediately.

- Two teenagers, 17 and 14, were charged with two counts of complicity to commit murder and two counts of complicity to commit kidnapping for the killings of Ke'Marion Wilder and Kyshawn Pittman. The youths were booked in the Juvenile Detention Center and eight other adults have been charged in relation to the murders. (WTVG)
- Toledo Mayor Wade Kapszukiewicz says the local court system needs to address the backlog of cases after jury trials were suspended during the height of the COVID pandemic. Judge Michael Goulding believes most cases are caught up, but Mayor Kapszukiewicz believes violent crime could be attributed to the backlog. (WTVG)
- ProMedica CPR Instructor Ann Mangas shared tips in light of the medical emergency involving NFL player Damar Hamlin, including that CPR should start immediately. CPR should begin with 30 compressions to help pump the heart before giving two breaths and then repeating until paramedics arrive. (WNWO)
- 24-year-old Dontae Hull died after being shot while reportedly breaking in to a home in the 300 block of West Park Street Friday afternoon. Police transported Hull to the hospital where he succumbed to his injuries and is the first homicide in Toledo this year. (WTOL)
- Toledo Police reported a two-vehicle crash involving an unmarked TPD truck occurred around 3 PM in the 1200 block of Adams. The "at fault party hit the Toledo police truck and a pedestrian" resulting in minor injuries. (WTOL)
