The department is also hosting free information sessions on Oct. 7, Oct. 22, and Nov. 3 at the Goodwill Building on Madison Avenue downtown to explain testing, training, and job expectations.
3. City of Toledo cuts past-due water bill debt by more than $20M since May (wtol.com) — Toledo has cut past-due water bill debt by more than $20 million since resuming residential shutoffs on June 1, dropping the total owed to about $38 million.
