  1. 48-year-old Corey Harris may be facing criminal charges after he brought an unloaded firearm into Start High School. Harris is not a Toledo Public Schools employee but was meeting with school personnel about a student. (13abc Action News)
  2. Toledo Police are investigating a shooting that occurred Tuesday night. The windows of Family Fitness gym in the 5300 block of Dorr Street were shot at while the gym was closed. (WTOL)
  3. The Lucas County Corrections Center is under scrutiny for its COVID protocol after inmate Shasta Burton complained about procedures. Burton claims inmates are not able to get vaccines or testing, but this has been disputed by staff. (WTOL)
  4. TARTA is set to receive a grant from the Ohio Department of Transportation to upgrade its technology. The grant will provide more than $3 million to improve safety and efficiency of the public transport system. (13abc Action News)
  5. Bowling Green State University associate professor Timothy Davis has been indicted by a Lucas County Grand Jury on three counts of rape. Davis is accused of sexual conduct with a victim under the age of 10 and has been placed on paid leave by BGSU. (WNWO NBC 24)
