🌱 Body Found In Swan Creek + Lucas Co. Man Indicted For 2021 Murders

Hi all. I'm back with your new copy of the Toledo Daily. Here are all the things you need to know about what's happening in town today. In today's briefing, you'll learn about these stories and more:

  • The body of 19-year-old Adam Harrigan was found in Swan Creek Thursday morning after he was reported missing by Toledo Police Wednesday night.
  • Raequan Johnson was indicted by a Lucas County Grand Jury for a double homicide that occurred in July 2021.
  • All Ohio early voting centers will feature expanded hours for the final weekend before Election Day.

  1. The body of 19-year-old Adam Harrigan was found in Swan Creek Thursday morning after he was reported missing Wednesday by Toledo Police. After finding his jacket in the woods behind Oak Hill Apartments, Harrigan's family contacted TPD around 8:40 AM Thursday. (WTOL)
  2. Several women have been arrested for prostitution charges from area spas and massage parlors in Toledo. The charges came after undercover detectives made arrests and search warrants were executed. (WTVG)
  3. Raequan Johnson was indicted by a Lucas County Grand Jury on two counts of murder for the July 2021 deaths of Willie Walker, 27, and Elisa Molina, 23 at Birmingham Terrace Apartments in East Toledo. Molina's family stated she had been in an abusive relationship with Walker, who was the target of the killing. (WTOL)
  4. Local Union President Erika White is running against State Representative Derek Merrin for the new Lucas County House of Representatives District. The "42nd District" runs in the southwest part of Lucas County, including Maumee and South Toledo. (WTVG)
  5. State voting centers will be open for expanded hours in the final weekend before Election Day. The Ohio Boards of Elections have instigated the expansion, with Congresswoman Marcy Kaptur casting her early vote on Thursday afternoon. (WNWO)
