- Residents of Toledo's Five Points neighborhood met with Toledo Police to debrief after Operation F.A.S.E.R. (Five Points Area Safety Enforcement Response) resulted in 38 seized firearms and more than $216,000 worth of recovered drugs.
- The Toledo City Council met Tuesday to discuss spending $180 million in funds from the American Rescue Plan Act.

- Residents of Toledo's Five Points neighborhood met with Toledo Police to debrief after Operation F.A.S.E.R. (Five Points Area Safety Enforcement Response) resulted in 38 seized firearms and more than $216,000 worth of recovered drugs. Neighbors shared their concerns that more action must be taken during the meeting at the Eleanor Kahle Senior Center. (WTOL)
- The Toledo City Council met Tuesday to discuss spending $180 million in funds from the American Rescue Plan Act. Councilperson Katie Moline requested an ARPA update from Toledo's finance department and Councilperson Theresa Gadus expressed her concern for the accessibility of Toledo's ARPA website. (WTVG)
- The Northwest Ohio Teen Book Festival will be held March 18 at Rossford Junior/Senior High School. The event will kick-off with a scavenger hunt at 8:30 AM and feature keynote speaker and author Natalie D. Richards at 9:30 AM. (WNWO)
- Toledo Animal Rescue helps save animals like twin Boxer mixes Rico and Zeus, who were abandoned at a truck stop. Volunteers and foster applicants are needed, "especially with kitten season on the horizon." (WNWO)
- Ohio Governor Mike DeWine has requested the Ohio Rail Development Commission (ODRC) to apply for federal funds to study potential AMTRAK expansions in Ohio. $1 million would be split evenly between two options: a Cleveland-Columbus-Dayton-Cincinnati route and a Cleveland-Toledo-Detroit route.
