Here are the top stories in Toledo today:

1. Two unrelated shootings occurred over the weekend on the same city street. Toledo Police responded to a call concerning a male suffering from a gunshot wound at the 800 block of Walnut Street around 2:15 PM. Later, around 8:15 PM, police were called to the 900 block of Walnut Street for another shooting resulting in the male victim being taken to the hospital. Neither shooting was fatal. (WTOL)
2. A North Toledo man has died following a shooting that occurred Saturday at the 700 block of Maywood Avenue. The victim, Shawn Jackson, was taken to the hospital where he later died. (WTOL)
3. Toledo Fire & Rescue responded to a call at the 4000 block of Walker Avenue concerning a 1-year-old experiencing an overdose. The infant had to be revived with Narcan and is expected to make a full recovery. (WTOL)
4. A Toledo woman has died following a motorcycle crash that occurred over the weekend on the Indiana Toll Road. 45-year-old Kaneisha Akins was a passenger on the motorcycle when its back wheel failed and she and the driver were thrown from the vehicle. (13abc Action News)
5. Toledo union Laborer's Local 500 will be hosting a town hall meeting today to discuss the trillion-dollar infrastructure bill that recently passed in the Senate. The meeting will be attended by business owners, labor leaders, and elected officials including U.S. Congresswoman Marcy Kaptur and Secretary of Labor Martin J. Walsh.
