  • Toledo Council Members Yvonne Harper and Tyrone Riley have both officially resigned after they were convicted of bribery charges.
  • Sylvania man Donnale Ringer, 50, has been arrested for a shooting at the Marriott Airport Holland around 6:30 AM Tuesday.
  • The East Toledo Senior Center will be closed through December 30 for a burst water pipe.

  1. Toledo Council Members Yvonne Harper and Tyrone Riley have both officially resigned after they were convicted of bribery charges. Ex-council member Gary Johnson will face a trial on similar charges on January 9. (WTVG)
  2. Sylvania man Donnale Ringer, 50, has been arrested for a shooting at the Marriott Airport Holland around 6:30 AM Tuesday. The victim was transported to an area hospital and Ringer was arrested by the Sylvania City Police Department and booked in the Lucas County Correction Center. (WTVG)
  3. Finn Greenleaf, 8, of Perrysburg has collected over 350 pieces of winter clothing for Helping Hands of St. Louis in Toledo. (WNWO)
  4. A distracted driving bill is being sent to the desk of Ohio Governor Mike DeWine to make the infraction a primary offense. Lucas County has seen a total of 423 distracted driving crashes in this year alone. (WNWO)
  5. The East Toledo Senior Center will be closed through December 30 for a burst water pipe. PASSPORT transportation will continue as usual but all in-person activities and lunch are canceled. (WTOL)
