  1. A 69-year-old man has died in a fire Friday morning in the 5900 block of Adelaide Drive. Toledo Fire & Rescue initially couldn't battle the blaze because of its intensity. (13abc Action News)
  2. Toledo Police responded to an alleged assault against a pregnant 16-year-old Thursday night at Willys Pkwy. and Cribb Street. Police say the woman was physically assaulted and then shot at as she fled in a vehicle. (13abc Action News)
  3. Renovations are underway to transform the Park Inn hotel on Summit and Monroe into the Hilton Garden Inn & Homewood Suites. The project was helped by a $35 million donation from Lucas County and will be near the newly renovated Glass City Convention and Event Center opening next August. (WTOL)
  4. Celebrating 125 years in construction, volunteers from the Lathrop Company teamed up with NeighborWorks Toledo Region to enhance the Garfield neighborhood in East Toledo. The company has approved updates for about 13 homes. (WNWO NBC 24)
  5. A 19-year-old Toledo man was arrested for murder in the shooting death of 21-year-old Nicholas Deluca. The shooting occurred at the Western Mini Mart in South Toledo and two other suspects have not been identified. (WTOL)
