Public Notice - Proposed Changes To Local Rule 13 In Lucas County

The Lucas County Court of Common Pleas, Juvenile Division, is posting for public comment, proposed amendments to the Rules of Court for the Lucas County Court of Common Pleas, Juvenile Division. Proposed rules will be effective July 1, 2021.

These amendments involve the following Juvenile Rule(s): Juvenile Rule #13 regarding Guardian ad Litem Rule (updated to comply with Ohio Rules of Superintendence Rule 48 changes.)

Attached is a copy of the proposed rule. Comments will be received until Friday, July 16, 2021 at 4:00 pm. Comments may be submitted to the attention of General Counsel, Marcie Garlick, at mcousi@co.lucas.oh.us or c/o Lucas County Juvenile Court, 1801 Spielbusch Avenue, Toledo, Ohio 43604.
