  1. Sex offender Anthony Alan Biaz Adams is still at large after allegedly leading Lucas County Sheriffs deputies on a car chase through Springfield Township Saturday. What started as a minor traffic violation at Hill Avenue and Crissey Road turned into a chase after authorities discovered Adams had a parole violation. (WTOL)
  2. Imagination Station is asking residents in the Toledo area to collect recyclable glass ahead of a world record attempt to collect two-and-a-half tons. Glass bottles can be brought to the downtown location on November 5 from 11-noon or at nine early drop off locations. (WTOL)
  3. Honda announced a $3.5 billion battery plant in Fayette, Ohio that will create 2,200 new jobs. An additional $700 million will be spent upgrading the Marysville, Anna and East Liberty Honda plants for EV (electric vehicle) production. (LimaOhio.com)
  4. The Detroit Institute of Arts is hosting the "Van Gogh in America" exhibit to highlight the Midwest's contribution to the Dutch artist's prestige in the U.S. Running through Jan. 22, the exhibition highlights Toledo's connection as the second museum to buy a Van Gogh after the DIA. (WNWO)
  5. Toledo completed its year-long study to determine whether minority- or women-owned businesses were overlooked when considering public contracts with the city. Toledo Mayor Wade Kapszukiewicz has expressed a commitment to equity along with Toledo City Council. (WNWO NBC 24)
