  1. The U.S. Marshals and Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force are looking for Jacob Timothy Hamilton, 43, after a warrant was issued for his arrest following an indictment on charges of rape and gross sexual imposition against minor victims. Hamilton has prior residences on Hiett, Douglas, and the 6000 block of Jeffrey Lane in Sylvania. (WTVG)
  2. Toledo Drag Queen-owned food truck Maybe Cheese Born With It has advanced to the finale of the Food Network's The Great Food Truck Race. Owner Sugar Vermonte will be facing off against L.A.'s SEÑOREATA Sunday, July 24 at 9 p.m. (WTVG)
  3. The Lucas County Land Bank is accepting development proposals for the Spitzer and Nicholas buildings in Downtown Toledo. The buildings have already undergone massive improvements for roofing and funds from the Ohio Dept. of Development will address asbestos, lead paint and hazardous materials. (WNWO)
  4. Bowling Green trash collector Scott Beeker saved a woman's life after seeing her injured on her front porch on Vale Court. The woman had suffered a stroke and Beeker has been awarded the Mayor's Accommodation. (WTOL)
  5. The 6th District Court of Appeals has ordered a new trial for Stoney Thompson, who was convicted of a 2006 triple murder even though his brother Goldy was acquitted. The late UToledo professor Debbie Rump and her student Michael Stahl were instrumental in showing prosecutors withheld evidence in Stoney Thompson's case. (WTOL)

  • Three people have been arrested and two vehicles seized in a special operation between the Toledo Police and Ohio State Highway Patrol to target illegal ATVs and dirt bikes. (WTOL)
  • Toledo Police are investigating two non-fatal shootings over the weekend in the 1800 block of Evansdale and the 700 block of Leonard Street. (WTOL)
