- A bill before the Toledo City Council to address gun violence was pulled by its main sponsor Councilman George Sarantou as it failed to get the necessary votes.
- City of Toledo snowplow crews were preparing Tuesday evening for Wednesday's expected snowstorm, according to Commissioner of Streets, Bridges and Harbor Jeremy Mikolajczyk.

- Toledo man Michael Sepulveda, 49, was arrested by US Marshals on Tuesday for the 1997 murder of a Blissfield Township "John Doe." The victim was found missing hands and a head. Richardo Sepulveda, 51, of Cincinnati was also arrested. (WTVG)
- City of Toledo snowplow crews were preparing Tuesday evening for Wednesday's expected snowstorm according to Commissioner of Streets, Bridges and Harbor Jeremy Mikolajczyk. With the snow expected to fall throughout the day, crews will focus on main streets first after pre-treating roads since Sunday. (WTOL)
- Roughly 200 7th-grade students at Sylvania's McCord Junior High participated in a life-skills competition called The Amazing Shake on Tuesday. The students were scored by community members such as Jewish Federation of Great Toledo vice president Ben Malczewski and the top scorers will move on to compete at Kripke Enterprises. (WNWO)
- The Northeast Ohio Human Trafficking Task Force is searching for 42-year-old Dawud Sami, who was indicted on several felony charges in the Cuyahoga County Common Pleas Court in December. Sami, born Thomas Bradford, is accused of running a human trafficking ring with an online presence according to the Ohio Attorney General's Organized Crime Investigations Commission. (WTVG)
- A bill before the Toledo City Council to address gun violence was pulled by main sponsor Councilman George Sarantou as it failed to get the necessary votes. The bill proposed to incorporate neighborhood groups such as the Coalition for Peaceful Toledo Neighborhoods, but critics of the bill say more effort should be placed on existing programs. (WTOL)

- Toledo Fire and Rescue responded to a fire at a home in the 4300 block of Dorr Street Monday. No injuries were reported and TFRD had actually responded to the site previously when the home caught fire last July. (WTVG)
- "A Charming Chance Healthcare LLC offers a safe haven, providing services and resources to meet daily needs of people with mental illnesses, as well as homemaker personal care and transportation to help those with developmental disabilities live their best lives." (WNWO)
- 20 North Gallery will host "Unruly Hearts/Unruly Arts" to showcase works created at the Unruly Arts studio in the Toledo Botanical Garden Artist Village. Unruly Arts focuses on artists with disabilities and the exhibit will run through March 25 at 18 N. St. Clair Street. (WNWO NBC 24)
- The body of 45-year-old Benjamin Greeno was identified Tuesday and will undergo an autopsy by the Lucas County Coroner's Office. Findlay Police initially responded to the body found in a pond near W. Trenton Avenue and no foul play is suspected. (WTVG)
