12-Year-Old Boy Paints Obscene Remarks on Twinsburg Shed
No charges were filed against the boy, whose father said would repaint the neighbor's shed

No charges were filed against a 12-year-old Twinsburg boy who admitted to defacing his neighbor's backyard shed on June 18.
A Sharonbrook Drive man called police that morning when he found several obscene phrases spraypainted on the back of his shed. The man wasn't sure who would have done it, but said his son didn't get along with one of the neighborhood boys.
Police found a path of trampled grass and weeds leading from the shed to the back of a Chamberlin Road home, along with rocks and grass painted the same color as the words on the shed.

The Chamberlin Road residents said their son had spraypainted things in their home in the past, but because of his age, didn't think he knew some of the words written on the shed. Officers found a paint can in the same color as the grafitti at the home.Â
The family's son denied writing the statements on the shed but after talking with police, admitted to it, according to the police report. He said he was mad at the neighbor for trying to keep kids out of the wooded area between the houses.
