A Plate Thief Strikes Senior Apartments

One thief now has the "license" to steal.

Twinsburg police were called to the Twinsburg Senior Apartments complex on March 14 when a resident said the front license plate of her car was pinched over the weekend as it sat in the parking lot.

The woman told police four movers were suspiciously watching her as she walked in the building the day before, and then it was gone. She believed they could have been involved.

Police noticed the plate, screws and bracket were all missing and there was no evidence that it was hit or scraped off.
