Public Hearing Notice

Conditional Use Application

A public hearing to consider a Conditional Use Application for a personal fitness training studio will be conducted at 7:00 pm on November 1, 2021 in City Council Chambers of the City of Twinsburg, located at 10075 Ravenna Road. The property to be discussed is located at 1893 East Aurora Road, Permanent Parcel #64-06420 and is located in an I-2, Limited Industrial District. Private recreational facilities may be permitted per Section 1151.05 of the Twinsburg Zoning & Development Regulations.

Interested parties are encouraged to attend the hearing. Written comments may also be submitted to the Planning Commission Secretary prior to the meeting.
