Public Hearing Notice

Appeal # 10-2021

Variance Requested:   Section 1199.17 a.

A public hearing will be conducted at 6:30pm on October 27, 2021 for the purpose of hearing an appeal for a variance to Section 1199.17 a.  1199.17  APPEALS (a) Appeals to the Board may be taken by any person, firm or corporation, or by any officer, board or department of the City, deeming himself or itself to be adversely affected by the decision of the Building Commissioner.  This appeal being made by Bryan P. O’Malley, Attorney in fact for Trupti and Jitendra Kapasi dba Lake Vue Lodges Apartment Complex, 11451 Ravenna Road Twinsburg, Ohio 44087, appealing the decision of the Building Commissioner to condemn buildings located on property located at 11451 Ravenna Road Twinsburg, Ohio 44087

This public hearing will be conducted in compliance with Section 1199.11 of the Twinsburg Zoning and Development Regulations at the Twinsburg Government Center, 10075 Ravenna Road.  Written comments should be mailed prior to the meeting to Keith Foulkes, Building Commissioner at 10075 Ravenna Road, Twinsburg, Ohio 44087 or submitted by email to kfoulkes@twinsburg.oh.us.
