Variance Requested: Β Section 1143.09
A public hearing will be conducted at 6:30 pm on January 27, 2021, for the purpose of hearing an appeal for variances from Section 1143.09 of the Twinsburg Zoning and Development Regulations. Β Section 1187.07 requires a corner lot that abuts a collector street to have a minimum setback as required by Section 1143.09. Β Section 1143.09 requires a minimum 50β building setback from the public right-of-way and a 50β rear yard. The appeal is being made by Coblentz Homes for sublots located in the Shepard Preserve Subdivision. Β Specifically,
β’Β Β Β A 5βside yard variance to Section 1143.09 is requested at 1700 Bridget Lane (50β required, 45.34β proposed);
β’Β Β Β A 7βside yard variance to Section 1143.09 is requested at 1701 Bridget Lane (50β required, 43.40 proposed); and
β’Β Β Β An 11βrear yard variance to Section 1143.09 is requested at 1540 Bridget Lane. (50βrequired, 39.57β proposed).
This hearing will be conducted at Twinsburg City Hall at 10075 Ravenna Road, Twinsburg, Ohio 44087 in compliance with Section 1199.15 of the Twinsburg Zoning and DevelopmentΒ
