Capturing Positive Mindfulness

Listen to the conversations all around you for a day or two.  It’s remarkable how many of them—how many of yours—have a negative slant, a cynical undertone, a weary feel, a melancholy lamentation. Being positive-minded, choosing to “be better and not bitter,” and creating moments of hope, joy, and peace—while ever more challenging in today’s world—is increasingly critical for all around well-being.

Capturing Positive-Mindfulness is not another seminar on being happier. It is an insightful exploration into what it means to own and exude positive command. We’ll delve into thought-patterning, reframing adversity, and experiencing positive emotion. You’ll discover enhanced self-awareness, the compelling reasons from which to build a practice of grateful choice and sustainable positive-mindedness, and the creative and fun ways to do so. You’ll leave with immediately useful tips and ideas for claiming, or reclaiming, your sense of positive command, and passing it along.
