Blue Canyon will offer a flight of six 2-ounce pours of assorted whites and/or reds every Thursday through Feb. 23. A wine consultant will be available to answer any questions about each wine offered. An educational sheet will be provided with a description and suggestive pairings and enough room to allow you to make your own notes.
