Natural Detoxification Done Right

What is detoxification and why is it important for your overall health? Two
words: toxins and your liver.  Toxins from our diet and environment can
build up in our bodies and over time cause us to hang on to excess weight and
not look and feel our best. Thankfully, there are various ways to reduce our
environmental toxic exposure and cleanse the body.  Come learn the basics
of a healthy detoxification program and how it can help increase your energy,
shed winter pounds, boost immune system, and overall wellness.  It is also
a helpful tool for those with chronic illness. This lecture will help you
understand the ways in which your body is designed to work as a self-cleaning
oven.  Emphasis will be placed on foods to support liver, kidney, and
bowel function through nutrition in addition to supplementation.  The
foundation of any healthy detoxification program is nutrition, and spring is
