New Police Officers Will Be Sworn in at Tonight's City Council

Three new names will be sworn in to the Twinsburg Police Department at tonight's City Council meeting at 7:30 p.m.

Sergeant Mark Krieger, Officer Eric Hendershott and Officer Victoria Miavitz will all be honored as they are sworn in at tonight's meeting.

City Council will also look at several issues tonight starting at the Council Caucus at 7 p.m. and the actual meeting at 7:30 p.m.

Council will vote on a resolution that would enter the city into an agreement with Summit County and its communities to work together to attract and keep businesses in the area.

They will also decide whether to go after funding from the Environmental Protection Agency to improve the parking lot at the on the corner of SR 91 and SR 82. The city would apply for a grant worth up to $200,000.
