Pants on the Ground: Man Stands Outside Gym With Pants Down

Fans of American Idol will appreciate this story.

On July 6 an employee of the Powerhouse Gym on Ravenna Road called police because a man was "loitering outside the gym with his pants down."

When officers arrived, they said the man came to the gym because he was feeling "peaceful" and began talking about the fourth of July and having "inner peace."

Police noted he didn't seem intoxicated and he said he wasn't using anything illegal.

The man was evaluated at University Hospital, but was later arrested and transferred to the Walton Hills Police Department on charges of car theft.
