Planning Commission Looks at Permit for Karate Studio
They will also discuss final plans for Simecek Drive

There will be two items for discussion when the planning commission meets tonight at 7 p.m. at the Twinsburg Government Center.
One of the first agenda items is a conditional use permit for a karate studio at 1929 E. Aurora Rd. The proposed plan by Brandon Fisher is to create a studio in an industrial sector. The conditional use will allow private recreation in the area. Tonight is just an informational meeting and no action will be taken until a public hearing on August 1.
The other agenda item is the preliminary and final site plan approval for the Chase View Subdivision on Simecek Drive. The commission will also review the final plat on the road and if recommended, will go to city council in August for final approval.
