Planning Director Larry Finch said via email it had to be done Tuesday so council could vote on it before its break. He said an entire month of construction would be lost if they waited until the August 23 meeting.

The final plat is the last step in the creation of the Chase View Subdivision, and was reccommended by the planning commission at the June 27 meeting.
