Smoothie, Brown Rice Salad with Cilantro Sauce and Veggies and Raw
Chocolate Hazelnut Brownies with Caramel Sauce. We will cover several food topics such as: tips for making smoothies, quick and healthy Breakfast ideas, tips for storing fresh vegetables and fruits and how to create meals ahead of time. Several handouts will be given including recipes and resources to get started in your kitchen! All food is vegan, gluten, dairy and soy free.
